Moscow Chamber Accepting Leadership Moscow Applications

The Moscow Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting applications for the 2018-19 Leadership Moscow class. The deadline for application submittal is 5 pm. Friday, Aug. 17.
This is the third year that the Moscow Chamber of Commerce has offered the Leadership Moscow Program. Leadership Moscow works to cultivate leaders in Moscow and Latah County by offering a concentrated, hands-on learning experience to enhance and build leadership qualities while advocating for Moscow and its surrounding rural communities.
The Leadership Moscow program will be held on the second Thursday of each month from September until May from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with the exception of the first class, which takes place from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20. This nine-month program will cover topics ranging from the interworking's of the city, county and state, media relations, business writing, etiquette and economic development. The cost is $850 for Moscow Chamber of Commerce members and $1,100 for non-chamber members. Participants will develop a network of peers and cultivate strong community ties to carry throughout their careers.
