Campus Mail Holiday Schedule

December 10, 2018

The University of Idaho is closed Dec. 24, 2018 through Jan. 1, 2019. Campus Mail Services (CMS) will be closed Dec. 24-26 and open Dec. 27-28 until noon. Mail and parcels will be sorted and delivered to selected locations. Campus mail will be closed Dec. 31-Jan. 1 and will reopen with normal scheduled hours on Wednesday Jan. 2, 2019.

Delivery times will be earlier than normal (as soon as mail and packages are ready to go). We are planning to meter outgoing mail that is picked up. Have outgoing mail in your normal delivery/pickup location before 10:30 a.m. Planned Delivery Locations will be the normal mail stop in the following buildings (building must be accessible): Administration Building, Bookstore, College of Law, College of Agriculture and Life Sciences, College of Business, Idaho Commons, College of Natural Resources, Forney Hall, Holm Center, Library, Pitman Center, Morrill Hall, ASUI-Kibbie Activity Center, Human Resources and Education. If your building is not listed and you need mail delivery, contact CMS. If your building is listed and will not be accessible, contact CMS so we can remove it from the list.
