Read Out! Against Banned Books This Week

In celebration of Banned Books Week, Sept. 24-30, 2017, the College of Education Student Services department along with the Library Curriculum Center will host the second annual Read Out! Against Banned Books event.
During this event, faculty, staff and students from many departments throughout campus, will read aloud from a banned/challenged book in 15 minute increments from 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Monday through Friday. On Thursday, Provost John Wiencek, Library Dean Lynn Baird, Library Associate Dean Ben Hunter, College of Science Dean Ginger Carney and CEHHS Dean Ali Carr-Chellman will be reading and refreshments will be served.
