Statistical Consulting Center Opens Aug. 30

The Statistical Consulting Center (SCC) provides free assistance in the design of experiments and sample surveys, advice on statistical analyses, and expertise on recent developments in statistical research. Proper statistical design and analysis play a key role in producing quality research. The best time to seek statistical consulting is during the earliest stages of the research project, and before any data collection stage.
Faculty members, staff, and graduate students from any discipline are welcome to use this service. Hours for fall 2016 are 11 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, noon to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday or by appointment. The center is located in Brink Hall Room 400, in the Department of Statistical Science. For information, email firstname.lastname@example.org.
