Summary – “IdaGold” (Sinapis alba L.) is an open-pollinated cultivar selected for high adaptation to the dryland environments of the Pacific Northwest (Idaho, Oregon and Washington). IdaGold is most similar to the condiment yellow mustard cultivar “Tilney.”
