Summary – “Kodiak” (Brassica juncea L.) is a brown condiment India mustard developed for use as a condiment spice by the Idaho Agricultural Experiment Station. Kodiak is a near homozygous, pure-line condiment brown mustard cultivar that was selected for high adaptability to dryland farming regions of Idaho and eastern Washington.
