Tuesday, February 12 and Wednesday, February 13.
9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
U of I Commons in the Rotunda & Student Lounge.
All supplies are provided at the event – notecards, stamps, pens, etc. We invite all to simply show up and write a thank you message to scholarship donors or record a thank you video (to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org). Of course, feel free to bring friends and colleagues!
There will be food and drawings every hour for prizes--coffee drinks, VandalStore gift baskets, a pizza party (up to 12 people) or an off-campus lunch with President Staben. Students, staff or faculty will receive a “gratitude stamp card” and raffle tickets for each notecard written or video recorded. Once you have written or recorded thank you messages, you can stop by the Hug a Hound station for selfies with our Gratitude Ambassetors.
