Elizabeth Armstrong, PT, DPT
Elizabeth Armstrong, PT, DPT, graduated from the University of North Dakota with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She specializes in treating individuals post stroke and spinal cord injury, ALS, completing wheelchair/equipment evaluations and general balance and gait training among other neurologic diagnoses. She works for Saint Alphonsus Rehabilitation Services (STARS) at their Liberty site which is an outpatient multidisciplinary clinic focusing on treatment of individuals with neurologic conditions. She has a passion for optimizing individual’s quality of life and helping them achieve their home and community goals. Outside of work she enjoys traveling and time outdoors with her husband, three young kids and pup.

Julie Brown, PharmD
Julie Brown completed her bachelor’s degree in biology at Idaho State University and received her doctorate of pharmacy from Idaho State College of Pharmacy. Her passion for caring for patients with mental health issues originated while working in geriatric psych at Boise Behavioral Health and continued to inform her roles at Intermountain Hospital and Cottonwood Behavioral Health. Spurred by a desire to change pharmacy practices, she started ClinRx, a consulting group focused on outcome-based criteria that guides evidence-based outcomes in the western states. In this setting, Julie consults with geriatric and primary care providers to monitor medication therapy through Chronic Care Management. In 2021 she founded Connect Pharmaceuticals LTC pharmacy and continues to develop better pharmacy practice for the geriatric population in the Treasure Valley.
In her time away from work, Julie is a mom to four kids, enjoys riding her Peloton and can often be found out on the lake with her family.

Amanda Craig, OTR/L, CBIS
Amanda Craig, OTR/L, is a national board-certified occupational therapist (NBCOT), clinically licensed in both Idaho and Pennsylvania. She is also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist with the Brain Injury Association of America. After earning her undergraduate degree in business and merchandising at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, she went on to obtain her graduate degree in occupational therapy at Idaho State University. While there, she also completed clinical fieldwork in such settings as skilled nursing rehab facilities and outpatient neurological rehab. Amanda now owns, operates and treats patients at Ada Therapy Services, an outpatient occupational therapy practice for neurocognitive rehab, lifestyle and vocational skills for adults and adolescents.
When she’s not at work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her husband and 7-year-old identical twins, mountain biking, skiing, cooking and traveling. Amanda is passionate about the "real life" functional aspects of occupational therapy and truly believes that all people need to be active and occupied in order to be satisfied.

Megan Dunay, MD, MPH
Dr. Dunay is a Board-Certified Geriatrician and Family Physician, with extensive experience in Geriatric Primary Care, Geriatric Specialty Consultation, Home-Based Primary Care, Palliative Care, and Skilled Nursing Facility Medical Direction. Originally from the Appalachian Mountain region of southwest Virginia, Dr. Dunay studied Chemistry and Religion as an undergraduate at Duke University. She attended the University of Virginia School of Medicine, where she was a member of the Generalist Scholars Program, earning a Master of Public Health Degree, and was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She attended the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho (now Full Circle Health), where she served as Chief Resident and received the Resident Teacher Award her senior year. She completed her Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the Mountain Area Health Education Center of the University of North Carolina, where she completed a research study on Geriatric Patient Health Activation and participated in the American Medical Directors Association Geriatric Futures Program. She enjoyed 6 years of service at the Boise VAMC including various leadership roles. She now serves as the Medical Director for the Idaho State Veteran’s Home – Boise, and as geriatrician and palliative care physician at the Keystone Center for Geriatrics. She is an educator with the University of Washington School of Medicine, and enjoys teaching students, residents and Geriatric Medicine fellows.
Outside of her professional occupations, Dr. Dunay enjoys spending time with her husband and son, playing golf and tennis, swimming, biking, camping, and skiing. She also loves reading poetry, especially the works of Mary Oliver, Lucille Clifton and Rainer Maria Rilke.

Sheila Weaver, LCSW, ACADC
Sheila earned a Master and Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Gerontology and a certificate of Dispute Resolution from Boise State University. She has a background in caregiving, child protection, homelessness, trauma, substance use and mental health treatment. She is proud to have worked in state government since 2005 in a variety of roles at Boise State University and the Idaho Department of Health and Welfare.
Outside of work, Sheila enjoys walking her dog, Wilma, on streets of the Boise Bench, listening to podcasts and laughing a little too loudly with loved ones.
