Ryan Billington, MD
Ryan Billington, MD was born and raised near Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. He received his medical school training through Loma Linda University, then psychiatry residency training through the UW Idaho Advanced Clinician Track. During residency, he sought out additional psychotherapy training with emphasis on personality disorders, receiving formal training in DBT, ACT, cognitive processing therapy and more. He continues to have strong interest in human development and trauma and the framing of psychiatric illnesses. He completed residency and board certification in 2019 and now practices as a consultation-liaison psychiatrist at St. Luke's. When not at work, he enjoys longboarding, cold water swimming, literature, nerding out about what it means to be human and creative home projects.

Kaitlin Fledderjohann, CPRC
Kaitlin Fledderjohann earned her associate degree in Criminal Justice from the College of Western Idaho in Nampa. Before graduating, she interned with a Drug Court in Boise where she currently serves as a certified peer recovery coach. Kaitlin graduated Drug Court in 2017 and has been sober since then. As a peer recovery coach, she uses her life experience to empower and help others living with substance use disorders pursue recovery through the connection to recovery-based community organizations and resources. In her free time, Kaitlin enjoys hiking, fishing and spending time with her two dogs, one of whom she is training to be a therapy dog.

Cate Heil, MD, Addiction Medicine Fellow
Originally from Kansas, Cate Heil obtained a bachelor's degree in Biology with a minor in Spanish at Pittsburg State University, where she also ran cross-country and track. She then attended medical school at the University of Kansas School of Medicine - Kansas City. She found her calling in Family Medicine and pursued residency in this field. After medical school graduation, she and her husband moved to Nampa, Idaho, where Cate completed her residency in the inaugural class of the Nampa program at Full Circle Health. Throughout her education, Cate has been interested in the social and biological aspects of addiction. She is honored to be the current Full Circle Health Addiction Medicine fellow. In her free time, Cate enjoys hiking, yoga, knitting, reading and spending time with family.

Ruth York, MPH
Ruth York, MPH is the Executive Director of Families and Youth of Idaho (FYIdaho), which is a family-run organization supporting youth and families with mental health concerns. FYIdaho’s youth programs use the Community Resiliency Model and peer support to create opportunities for youth to work towards mental wellness and connect to mental health services as needed. Family support is offered to parents, guardians and grandparents through a call line that hooks them up with information about and connection to Idaho’s youth mental health system. FYIdaho provides family-to-family peer support through calls, support groups, educational offerings and meet-ups. Ruth has been in the family support field for many years and with FYIdaho since 2018. In her non-work time, she continues to support her young adult kids through their transitions to independence. She loves being in nature and has a soft spot for canines of all types!
