Get involved in the engineering design process as you learn about the wind and its uses. Work in a team to design, create, build, and test a wind-powered device that solves a problem. You might also examine national, state, and local issues surrounding wind power or explore wind as a potential energy source in your community. This project is intended for middle-school-aged youths.
