Potatoes Project
Use the best management practices of UI Extension for crop-related activities as you grow at least three acres of potatoes under written contract to a parent or landlord, delivering approximately 1,000 hundredweight of the tubers to your contractor. This real world project includes fertilizing, insect control, irrigation, disease control, weed control, harvesting and marketing.
