Layer up, clip on your skis (not provided) and kick, glide and skate your way over the snow. This is a three-year project.
Year One
- Basic technique
- Safety, nutrition and the environment
Year Two
- Advanced skiing techniques
- First aid
- Orienteering
- Planning a two- to three-hour trip
Year Three
- Physical conditioning
- Full-day ski trip
