• Finding your purpose

12.30 - 2.30         Module 2: Acing the Interview

• Recognizing key questions and their intention
• Practicing responses to all types of questions
• Asking questions to stand out from the rest

2.30 - 4.30            Module 3:  Excelling and Advancing Faster than your Peers

• Secrets for setting yourself apart when you start
• Networking internally and externally early
• Achieve the right Results in the first 90 days

4.30 - 5.00            Making it Happen - Your 100 Day Plan

Goals/Objectives:

At the end of the program, participants will:

• Identify and target the most appropriate career
• Know and apply techniques to get in.
• Understand what interviewers are really looking for from a candidate
• Recognize the various types of questions interviewers will pose
• Know how to address any question with the appropriate response
• Know appropriate protocol for communicating before and after interview
• What behaviors organizations look for
• Understand what to focus on in the first 90 days on the job
• Move forward with their plans through a written 100 day plan
