OUTLunch with a special guest speaker or event happens every 3rd Thursday of the month.
The first Lavender Lunch of the fall 2014 semester is Thursday, August 28th. Make sure to stop by for a free PB&J sandwich and great conversation to welcome the new academic year!
The first OUTLunch will take place on Thursday, September 18th. Join us for an overview of the Green Dot Program presented by Virginia Solan from the Violence Prevention Programs and Julia Keleher from the LGBTQA Office.
The Green Dot philosophy is informed by concepts and lessons learned from bodies of research and theory across disciplines. It's built on the idea that the majority of people will do something to intervene or prevent an act of violence from occurring if they simply are inspired to do so and have the tools they feel comfortable using. Stop by OUTLunch on September 18th to learn more about Green Dot and how you can make our campus a safer space for all people.
for more information. Lunch will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Everyone is welcome!
