We match parents on the waitlist with our availability.  Student families are our priority.

It is unlikely that this will occur, however, it is possible for someone who applied after you did to be offered a spot before you if any of the following situations apply:

• Your preferred start date is after the other families
• The opening is in a different age group/classroom
• Your preferred schedule is not available

You may call 2-1-1 from any Idaho landline and ask for Child Care Resource and Referral. They will be able to connect you with child care providers in the area.

Yes, you may begin the process through the department of Health and Welfare. We will receive a projection letter once you qualify. You are responsible for paying tuition and the advance until the state payment is received.

We do.  We are a full day program that offers a preschool component with part time options.

A full-time slot is from 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m..  You are not required to be here all of those hours, but you have secured those hours in a specific classroom.  Part-time has a morning session and afternoon session, beginning 7:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and then from 12:30 p.m.-5:30 p.m..  If your school or work hours do not fall into these time slots, you will need to secure a full-time slot.

We require a $100.00 deposit to secure your spot.  This is non-refundable and will be applied to your first month tuition.  In addition to your first months tuition, you will be billed an advance.  This is equal to one month’s tuition and will be applied once you have submitted your written 30 day notice to withdraw from the center.  You can make arrangements to pay the advance over your first three months of attending.  
If you receive ICCP, you are responsible for paying the advance and tuition until payment has been received from the state. 

Yes, you will receive 10% off the lesser amount billed.

Parents of enrolled children are welcome any time during the day.  Perspective families are always welcome, but may want to call ahead to make sure that it is a good time for a tour and classroom activities.

We are closed on all of the holidays that the university observes.  However, we are open during the university spring break.  We are allowed three teacher in-service days per year and parent teacher conferences twice a year.  Please refer to the yearly UICC calendar.
