CALS Grant Management Services
The CALS Grant Management Services provides college oversight for sponsored project post-award functions to ensure compliance with state, federal, sponsor guidelines and in adherence with university policy. In collaboration with Grant and Project Development, provide pre-award sponsored project proposal review.
Services
- Award account early setup request and account setup review
- Budget analysis and reviews with PIs and financial staff
- Prior approval recommendations
- Implement and manage cost share commitments
- Subcontract (initiation, monitoring and invoice processing)
- EPAF review and counsel
- Effort reporting corrective actions
- All expenditure reviews and approvals for allocability and compliance
- Report distribution (30-60-90 day, closeout notices)
- Account final closeout processes
