Michele Bartlett | Director of Strategic Initiatives
Michele Bartlett, ’93, ’96 is the Director of Strategic Initiatives for Southwest Idaho. Working from U of I Boise, Michele collaborates with the academic units and colleges to connect University of Idaho expertise with industry leaders and community stakeholders. Michele will lead our efforts to improve and expand existing course programming to serve the educational needs of Idaho’s evolving workforce. Michele also works with these same groups to explore and create new programming and curriculum to serve Idaho’s targeted educational needs. Denise Engebrecht | Academic Program & Student Services Manager
Denise Engebrecht is the Academic Program & Student Services Manager at U of I Boise. She provides advising support to all students with a connection to the Idaho Water Center and our Southwest Idaho programs outside of the College of Law. Stephanie Fox | Facilities and Operations Manager
Stephanie Fox is the Facilities & Operations Manager for the U of I Boise in the Idaho Water Center (IWC). She coordinates parking, facility management, health and safety, and day-to-day operations in order to ensure our students, faculty and staff have what they need to thrive in our teaching and learning space. Lili Pupye | Administrative Specialist
Lili Pupye’s is responsible for room scheduling and providing support for classes, meetings and events. She also processes Vandal Card requests for students and employees and coordinates parking permit sales at the Idaho Water Center and College of Law Boise locations. She can be a point of contact for U of I Boise prospective and current students as well as visitors.

Donna Stolaroff | Executive Assistant
Donna Stolaroff serves as the executive assistant to the University of Idaho Boise’s Executive Officer which includes managing and coordinating daily business of the executive officer’s office within the university and with outside constituencies. Specific duties include oversight of financial transactions; financial decision making, including developing and managing budgets; coordinating and planning of key annual events; and participation in employee and student centered committees.
