Most memorable CNR experience: This past summer I was given the opportunity to travel to Ecuador through collaboration between the CNR and the Universidad Particular de Loja. Through the program I had a blast conducting research in high alpine lakes in the Ecuadorian Andes (some of the strangest but most beautiful places I've ever seen). Not only that, I learned about Ecuadorian culture, improved my Spanish, and gained many lessons in flexibility and patience that will serve me well. I can't wait to go back!
