Forest Utilization and Research (FUR) Programs
Forest Utilization and Research
Providing unbiased research, outreach and policy analysis to the people of Idaho is a legislative mandate, first funded in 1976. The umbrella program has grown and now supports four specific research and outreach programs and provides basic funding against which the college leverages millions of research dollars from other funding agencies.
