Become a Tutor

The Department of Mathematics and Statistical Science is seeking tutors to work in our Statistics Assistance Center. We need individuals to tutor for Stat 251 or for all of our stat courses: Stat 153, 251, 301 and 431.

Starting wage: $15/hour
Up to 20 hours per week
Positions available Fall 2023 and future semesters
Flexible hours M-F 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (PST)
To be eligible to tutor for Stat 251, you must have completed this course with an ‘A’ or a ‘B’
To be eligible to tutor for Stat 153, 251, 301 and 431, you must have completed Stat 431 with an ‘A’ or a ‘B’
