Patrick Wilson, associate professor of natural resource policy and Kofi Akamani, (’11 Nat. Res.) co-authored, “Toward the Adaptive Governance of Transboundary Water Resources” an article recently published in Conservation Letters. The article addresses ways for local communities to participate in the management of shared international waters.
