Logger Education to Advance Professionalism (LEAP) helps loggers improve their skills related to forest ecology, silviculture, and water quality -- through presentations, discussion, videos, and other learning experiences. The program is planned April 13-15 at the University of Idaho Kootenai Co. Extension Office, 1808 North 3rd Street, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
