Kudos to Ken Schmidt and the Classroom AV Support Team

Yesterday, Ken Schmidt with ITS Classroom AV Support fixed a problem with our projector. The problem was only reported the day before, yet he was onsite by 8:30 am the next day and he had it fixed within minutes. I want to thank Ken for taking care of our issue promptly and professionally. I also want to recognize his manager, Greg Clifford for his outstanding team. They are always dependable and they consistently provide excellent customer service. I’m continually impressed with their knowledge and their ability to get things done in a timely manner.
