Artisan Bread Class Planned at Twin Falls

Learn to make whole grain breads from stored high-moisture dough during a two-hour evening class Feb. 15 at the University of Idaho Twin Falls County Extension office at 246 Third Ave. East in Twin Falls. Participants will bring a 5- or 6-quart covered container to class for mixing dough.
The class will run from 7 - 9 p.m. and registration will cost $8. The class has limited openings, so register today!
