Ag Days Celebrated at University of Idaho Oct. 7-8

MOSCOW, Idaho -- The University of Idaho will celebrate Ag Days and Homecoming Oct. 7-8 with fun events for alumni and a sample of college life for high school students through various activities.

High school students who travel to the Moscow campus for Ag Days will have the opportunity to participate in workshops, overnight stays, barbecues, visits to living groups, a trip to the Clearwater Corn Maze operated by CALS students at the Lewiston Roundup and the Idaho Vandals’ Homecoming football game against Louisiana Tech.

Workshop registration is available online and must be completed by Oct. 2. Packages range from $45 to $80.

Alumni events begin Saturday, Oct. 8, with a breakfast social at Bob’s Place in the Wallace Complex from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. Tickets cost $6. The annual CALS Alumni meeting will follow at 9 in the college’s room 62.
The annual Ag Days barbecue runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Idaho Commons Food Court. Tickets will cost $7 for students and $12 for adults.

Kickoff is set for 2 p.m. for the Idaho – Louisiana Tech football game in the Kibbie Dome.
