Attending Moscow Campus Events
Parking and transportation information for major campus events can be found in Signature Events. If the event you will be attending is not listed, please contact us at 208-885-6424.
Planning Moscow Campus Events
It is the responsibility of the event host/organizer to contact PTS and make arrangements for event parking services. Requests for event parking services must be submitted to PTS a minimum of two weeks prior to the event date. Late requests may incur additional fees or may not be able to be completed as requested. To request services please fill out the event request form. A complete list of services can be found here.
We are here to help make your event a success! Regardless of the size of the event, event organizers should ALWAYS contact Parking and Transportation Services to make parking arrangements.
Services and Offering
Each large barricade rental is $20 or $10 for a small barricade; an additional set up fee may apply.
Each cone rental is $2; an additional set up fee may apply.
A specially created map, highlighting building and parking locations for your event, and trolley route (if applicable) can be created to your exact specifications. The map costs a flat rate of $40 and is provided to you in .pdf form to be emailed, and/or posted online.
Individual reserved spaces may be purchased near to your event location for $15/half day and $30/full day reservation.
If your event will be bringing in a large amount of people you may choose to reserve an entire lot or schedule a lot fall-back. A lot fall-back means the lot is not reserved, but the lot is also not enforced during the time of your event. A cost estimate can be provided and varies depending on the lot requested and the time of event.
Each sandwich board rental is $5; an additional set up fee may apply
Signs can be placed at major entry points directing patrons to specific event parking areas; a cost estimate is available upon request.
Specialized Event Permits are made date specific with event name and/or provided logo artwork. PTS prints these permits and gives them to the event organizer to distribute. The first 20 permits in your order are $2 each and all additional permits in the order are 50 cents each.
Event parking staff is available for $30/hour at a 3 hour minimum.
The Vandal Trolley is a great way to transport your event guests; the cost is $65/hour at a 2 hour minimum (includes driver).
University vans my be rented as transportation for your event guests; a cost estimate is available and includes the rental and driver costs.
Visitor Scratch-Off permits may be ordered in a quantity of 5 or more and cost $2/day/permit; these permits are non-refundable.
