Fitness & Wellness Testing Services

Our Exercise Physiology Laboratory is in the process of opening our state of the art testing equipment to the public. These physiological and performance testing measures provide valuable information for those hoping to improve their athletic performance or simply gain additional knowledge about their body. All of the testing is confidential and you will receive a copy of your results.

Body Composition Service

Accurately measure your body composition with whole body air plethysmography (Bod Pod). The Bod Pod measures your fat mass and lean tissues in addition to estimating resting metabolic rate and total energy expenditure.
