Think About It - Required Safety Program
What is Think About It? A University of Idaho initiative to help new students examine the interconnected issues of substance abuse, sexual violence and healthy relationships through a variety of interactive, realistic scenarios and guided self-reflection.
All first-year, undergraduate UI students on the Moscow campus, under the age of 24 as of the first day of classes, are required to complete the Think About It program.

The first semester on any college campus presents risks for new students when it comes to substance abuse and sexual assault. Knowing how to navigate challenging situations is key to student success and safety.
Think About It is a cutting-edge, comprehensive, online orientation program that educates and informs through a format created with students for students.

Spring 2018 Midnight 12:00 am Tuesday, Feb. 6, 2018
Students who don't meet the program deadline will receive a "New Student Online Education" enrollment hold.
Students with this hold will not be able to perform enrollment activities, including course registration, until they have completed Think About It.
Dean of Students staff will manually lift holds once a completion report is processed during business hours 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
