Traci Craig
Traci Craig is an Associate Professor and is currently serving as Associate Dean for the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences. Dr. Craig's research interests include: Small Group Processes, Diversity in the Workplace, Stereotypes and Prejudice, Sexual Harassment, and Gender Differences. Her interest in STEM education is driven by an interest in diversifying the workplace and creating inclusive climates in the fields of science, technology, engineering and mathematics. As a member of the STEM team, she hopes to find synergies that will allow STEM education to benefit a larger and more diverse population, as well as exploring ways in which STEM information is relayed to and received by the public.

Leontina Hormel is Associate Professor in the Department of Sociology & Anthropology at the University of Idaho.

Stephanie Kane
Stephanie Kane is the former Project Manager and statistician at the Social Science Research Unit (SSRU) in the Department of Agricultural Economics and Rural Sociology. Holding Master’s degrees in both Zoology and Statistics, Stephanie is highly versed in the technical aspects of the design and analysis of observational and experimental research. She possesses a strong ability to convey technical information to lay audiences, which she has developed as a function of both her statistical consulting and teaching experience. For the STEM Education Research Project, Stephanie consulted on the research design, assisted with questionnaire development, and served as the primary data analyst for the survey data.
John Mihelich
John Mihelich is former Interim Dean and Associate Professor in the College of Letters Arts and Social Sciences at the University of Idaho.

Monica Reyna
Monica is a senior at the University of Idaho, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Statistics. She is a Survey Research Associate at the Social Science Research Unit. Her areas of interest include survey methodology and community development. Monica’s contributions to the STEM Education Research Project include assisting with survey designs, data collection and dissemination of data.
Susan Stauffer
Susan Stauffer is a former statistics and math teacher with an academic background in chemistry. She is a research associate in the College of Education at the University of Idaho. Susan brings her professional experience as a high school teacher, her statistical and scientific research expertise, and her commitment to public education to this project. She will assist in the development and administration of surveys; edit reports, press releases, this website and presentations; and help coordinate innovations in partnership with schools, industry, communities, and educators.

Debbie Storrs is a former Professor of Sociology and Associate Dean of the College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences at the University of Idaho.
