Registration for New Employee Orientation

New Employee Orientation Registration and information is available on the PDL Portal website. Please register your new employees for these sessions or have them register themselves.  Participation in New Employee Welcome and New Employee Orientation helps each employee become informed about key University of Idaho topics and helps them transition more quickly.

Vandal Card

Take the temporary Vandal Card that you received from Human Resources to the Vandal Card Office in room 124 of the Student Union Building (709 Deakin Street). You must have an offical ID such as a drivers license/permit, State ID or passport for identification purposes. Employees can obtain cards on or after their first day of work.

Parking Permit

Employees of the University of Idaho who park a vehicle on campus must pay to park. This can be done through the purchase and display of parking permits, or through payment at meters and/or pay station lots. A variety of permit products are available for purchase online or at the Parking Office, including annual permits for those who will drive daily, or flexible permits for those who will only drive occasionally. View permit rates, parking maps, and purchase a permit by visiting Parking and Transportation Services.
