Financial Support for Safety Projects

November 15, 2011: Financial support for projects that improve safety or correct safety deficiencies is available to all units for a limited time. All requests must be submitted through your unit safety committee and are due by February 1, 2012. EHS staff will review all requests and fund those meeting the criteria to distribute these funds fairly among all units.

Generating Hazardous Waste?

August 25, 2011: Are you involved in the generation of hazardous waste in your lab or shop? If so, you need to attend our Hazardous Waste Management workshop and repeat the course every five years to comply with Idaho Department of Environmental Quality regulations. The orientation is now available in an online format to give you access when it fits your schedule.
