Why Idaho?
I love Boise, especially the access to all things outdoors. I knew I wanted to really appreciate where I was living while in law school, and Boise provided an opportunity to do all the things I love to do. I also felt like the students and professors I interacted with were excited to be here, and enjoyed what they were doing everyday.

What advice would you offer to incoming 1Ls?
To set one day, or even half a day, every week, where you don’t do school. It’s so easy to devote all of your free time to school, but I always feel more productive after spending an afternoon outside away from my books and computer. Also- don’t waste time on social media.

Favorite Moscow recommendation?
I love trailing running in the foothills! There are so many great options for mountain biking, trail running, or just hiking.
