Jeanette A. Hackney STEM and Operation Education Endowment
Jeanette A. Hackney ’93 established this endowment in 2014 to advance interdisciplinary education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
This endowment was created to benefit STEM education programs with two-thirds of the distributions providing funding to the dean of the College of Education, Health and Human Sciences to use, and one-third of the distributions providing funding for the OpEd program to use. Earnings go to strategic initiatives and opportunities for these programs regarding STEM education research, outreach and engagement.
