Staff Registration Permit
Student Accounts/Cashier’s Office is excited to share that the Staff Registration Permit Waiver has been converted to an online form that can be accessed here.
A few things to note about the new online form:
- The old paper forms will no longer be accepted. If a paper form is turned in, you will receive an email directing you to the online form for submission. If you are eligible to use the Staff Registration Permit, but you are NOT a U of I employee, access the old paper form here.
- The online form will auto-fill with your name and supervisor information and once you select the correct term, it will also auto-fill with your current registration for that term. These fields cannot be changed.
- PLEASE NOTE that you MUST be registered for the term you select to submit the form.
- Once the online form is submitted, it will automatically be routed to your supervisor for approval. Your supervisor will determine if the form needs a second approver and will provide this information in the form, before approving it.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY — The online form will only be processed once. If your registration changes, you MUST submit a new form to have your registration fees adjusted.
