Climbing Center
Located in the Student Recreation Center, the Climbing Center features a 55-foot pillar, 24-foot instructional wall, cave and bouldering wall totaling 6,000 square feet of climbing area.
Open Climbing Rules
Participants must have completed the Basics Clinic or pass a belay check. A complete Climbing Center Release of Liability Form is also required (available at the Climbing Center Information Desk).

Access the Climbing Center
Climbing Center access is included in your SRC Membership. Youth climbing passes are also available.
Young Athletes
The Palouse Youth Climbing Team is now accepting new members for the 2024-25 season. Join the team to have fun all season!
We do not offer refunds for occasions in which any or all RecWell facilities are closed due to, but not limited to, weather events, campus closures and/or holidays. Please email us at srcmembership@uidaho.edu if you have any questions.
