Survey of Earned Doctorates
Students who are graduating with a Doctorate of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or a Doctorate of Education (Ed.D.) need to fill out the SED. Students graduating with a Doctorate of Athletic Training (D.A.T.) or Juris Doctorate (J.D.) do not complete the SED form.
