Dates and Deadlines
In addition to meeting deadlines, you will need to have an approved Major Professor, committee (for Thesis and Dissertation students), and study plan in VandalWeb. Doctoral students will also need to have submitted their Preliminary Examination and Advancement to Candidacy form. All students will also need to apply to graduate on VandalWeb.

Graduation Disclaimer
Visit the Registrar webpage for an application checklist and Graduation Services deadlines. To check the status of your application, use VandalWeb to go to the “Student” tab under “Graduation Application Status”. Please communicate early if you need to defer to a future term, applications are term-specific and require notice to COGS or Graduation Services to cancel it. If you have applied for a specific term, we will assume you are anticipating meeting the deadlines. Depending on the progress of the application, you may still be charged.
