A few good academic career websites exist. The most well-known are Higher Ed Jobs and The Chronicle of Higher Education jobs website.
In natural resources, geography, and geology, the website EARTHWORKS-Jobs is one of the best. Also look in relevant scientific and society membership journals/newsletters:
