Lisa Crozier

Lisa Crozier received a Bachelor's degree in philosophy from Harvard College in 1990. She switched to studying biological impacts of climate change for her Ph.D. at the University of Washington. For her Ph.D., she studied butterflies moving north into the Pacific Northwest from California. She then completed a Post-doctoral Fellowship studying gypsy moth dispersal at the University of Chicago.

In 2004, she joined NOAA’s Northwest Fisheries Science Center in Seattle, where she focuses primarily on quantifying salmon population responses to environmental variability and climate change. She enjoys working with partners in the tribes, state agencies, and other citizen groups who are concerned about salmon.
