Bioethics Minor

Bioethics addresses moral, social and political issues in the life sciences, including (but not limited to) health sciences. The bioethics minor prepares students for difficult decision-making both as potential producers and consumers of science and medicine.

Coursework includes training in basic and more advanced ethics, science and the structure of scientific research and theory, including the appropriate role of values in science.
