Anushka Burde, PharmD, AAHIVP, BCACP

Anushka Burde, PharmD, is a graduate from Idaho State University (ISU) College of Pharmacy and a licensed pharmacist in the State of Idaho. She is a credentialed HIV Pharmacist (AAHIVP) by the American Academy of HIV Medicine and is Board Certified in Ambulatory Care (BCACP) by the Board of Pharmacy Specialties. Along with hepatitis C care management, her area of practice includes HIV, community health and tele-pharmacy. She is a faculty member at the ISU College of Pharmacy, where she teaches PharmD curriculum, is the course coordinator of an undergraduate HIV class and is actively involved with Operation Heart. In her free time, Anushka likes to play badminton, work out at the gym and spend time with her family.

Richard Gilroy, MD, FRACP

Richard Gilroy, MD received his medical degree from the University of Queensland and completed his general surgery residency at the Princess Alexandra Hospital. Following his residency, he completed fellowships in gastroenterology at the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the University of Nebraska Medical Center. He is board-certified in gastroenterology and internal medicine.
Dr. Gilroy has previously held roles as faculty and assistant professor of medicine at the University of Nebraska and University of Kansas, respectively. He is also a member of multiple societies and has participated in the development of guidelines in hepatology and transplantation. He is currently the hepatologist at St. Luke’s Health System in Idaho and the medical director of hepatology and liver transplant at Intermountain Medical Center in Utah.

When not at work, Dr. Gilroy enjoys skiing, wine, and chess.

Christopher Link, MD, AAHIVS

Christopher Link, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed his FM residency at the Kootenai Family Medicine Residency in Coeur d’Alene, ID. Following residency, he completed an HIV & Viral Hepatitis fellowship at the Family Medicine Residency of Idaho (now Full Circle Health) in Boise prior to obtaining certification as an HIV specialist. He is currently a clinical faculty at Full Circle Health, providing HIV and primary care at the Wellness Center and treating viral hepatitis through the Idaho Department of Corrections.
Outside of work, Dr. Link enjoys spending time in the Boise and Sawtooth National Forests, reading, and learning about astronomy and space exploration.

Verena Roberts, PhD

Verena Roberts, PhD is the Director of Behavioral Science and Clinical Professor at Idaho State University’s (ISU) Family Medicine Residency in Pocatello. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Washington Department of Medicine. At ISU, she oversees the psychiatry and community medicine rotations, as well as intern support, and has developed interprofessional team meetings to better meet educational, patient, and clinical needs. In addition, she is a site supervisor for the Pre-doctoral Idaho Psychology Internship Consortium.
Dr. Roberts graduated from ISU and completed her internship at the Colorado Mental Health Institute at Fort Logan in Denver. She subsequently completed a postdoctoral fellowship in integrated primary care psychology at the Colorado Health Foundation in Denver and started several integrated behavioral health clinics for Kaiser Permanente as a Behavioral Medicine Specialist. She later completed the Behavioral Scientist Educator Fellowship through the Society for Teachers in Family Medicine. Her primary interests include integrated primary care, motivational interviewing, and resident education.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling with her husband, good food, and riding her horse.
