Dr. Womack graduated from medical school at the University of Texas Medical Center and completed her pediatric residency at Duke University Medical Center. She currently works at St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital and the St. Luke’s Children’s Mobile Care Clinic. She has served as the early childhood champion for the Idaho chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics for more than two decades, and volunteers as a Guardian ad litem for the Fourth Judicial District.

Tracey Garner is the Health Services Supervisor for the West Ada School District and the Health Liaison for the State Department of Education. In both, she proudly serves school nurses in supporting health (physical, emotional, mental), wellbeing, and the ultimate educational success and life-long achievement of students in Idaho. Best Job Ever! She has 35 years experience in Health Care Risk Management, pediatrics, adolescent and child psychiatry. She is the proud Mum of 2 boys who serve in the military and firefighting.

Heather Gagliano graduated from Jacksonville State University with her Master of Science in Nursing, specializing in Population Health. Previously, she has worked as a school nurse and as the Immunization Program Manager at Central District Health. Currently, she works as the Operations & Education Director for the Idaho Immunization Coalition.

Julie Mead currently serves as Chief Officer of Special Services for the Caldwell School District. Previously, she has served as the Director of Special Education for the State of Idaho, Director of Idaho Special Education Support and Technical Assistance (SESTA), Director of Special Services for the Caldwell School District, and School Psychologist for the Caldwell School District. She holds an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University and an Educational Specialist degree in School Psychology from Idaho State University. Julie is passionate about serving students with disabilities and their families within the local and state communities.

Cindy Floyd is the medical provider at the Marsing School District and is excited to be a part of the ECHO panel for the K12 School Nurses series. She was a nurse for 16 years and spent most of her time in the Neonatal ICU, as she supported the pediatric and Pediatric ICU departments at St. Luke's. She was born and raised in Marsing and furthered her education in the nursing field through Northwest Nazarene University. Cindy graduated in 2011 with her Master’s in nursing education and went on to receive her Nurse Practitioner certification in May 2021 from Simmons University.

Leanne Bullamore is the Health Services Coordinator for Coeur d'Alene Public Schools and serves on the School Nurse Organization of Idaho board. After eight years in acute care as an ADN, she graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began her career in school nursing in 2015. She is passionate about the specialized practice of school nursing and loves to advocate for those in the profession!

Randy Jensen holds a Master's degree in Education Administration from Idaho State University. With an impressive 38-year career in education, he has served in various roles within the American Falls School District, including teacher and principal, and currently serves as the superintendent. Besides his responsibilities within the school district, Randy Jensen actively contributes to educational organizations and initiatives. He is the Board Chairman of the Idaho Digital Learning Alliance (IDLA) and is also a board member of the Idaho State Superintendents Association, Association for Middle Level Educators Foundation, and the Southeast Idaho Chapter of Friends of the Children. Additionally, Randy is an active member of the Governor's K12 Council. Dedicated to improving literacy and education, Randy, along with his daughter, founded the non-profit organization “Read, Talk, Play, Everyday.” In his leisure time, Randy enjoys spending quality moments with his grandkids, engaging in activities such as bike riding and golfing.

Kelsey Bernier, MS, RD, CDCES

Kelsey Bernier is a registered dietitian and a certified diabetes care and education specialist. As a pediatric diabetes educator, Kelsey works both inpatient and outpatient, providing support and education to patients and their families. Patients range in age, from infants to teenagers, and in diagnosis, including type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, and drug induced diabetes. As a diabetes educator she trains and works with many different devices including glucometers, insulin pumps, continuous glucose monitors (CGMs), smart insulin pens, and more. Diabetes medication and technology continue to advance fast, offering ongoing opportunities as a diabetes educator to learn and share this information with patients and programs like ECHO Idaho.
