If you receive notification of a new message long after the message arrived in your mailbox, SAVE the message by pressing 2. Then contact Telephone Services at 885-5800. Once the message has been SAVED, Verizon is able to examine the path of the message. We will work with Verizon and contact you with the results of our inquiry.
