1. Choose a division:
Buddy the Elf (you all work out more than 3 times a week)
Santa's little helper (I try to workout 0-3 times a week, but this challenge will encourage me to stay active)
2. Form a team (3-5 people) and designate a team captain. Register your Team
(you will need the names and emails of your team members and an awesome
team name). Submit beginning team photo
3. Stay active. It's that simple. As long as you are movin' and shakin', it counts.
4. Eat healthy and in moderation but enjoy the holiday fare.
5. Submit points weekly, beginning on Nov. 23. Team captains will enter in all points and submit them online. Submit ending team photo.
