Julie has worked in the area of student housing operations at University of Idaho since 2021 and has a Master of Arts in Higher Education with an emphasis in Student Affairs from Geneva College.

• Connect with resources in Residence Life, at Idaho Eats, Facilities and Custodial departments
• Answer your questions about the on campus housing

Nathan comes to University of Idaho after extensive work in private dining management at colleges and universities across the western United States.

Nathan can help you:

• Answer questions about meal plans
• Navigate dietary needs for meal accommodations
• Address questions or concerns with Idaho Eats

Charity is a Moscow local and has been at University of Idaho in various positions since 2013. She has been with the Housing and Residence Life department for the majority of that time and currently serves as one of their two Assistant Directors. Charity received both her bachelor's in Public Communications and master's in Adult Organizational Learning and Leadership from University of Idaho.

• Answer questions about the student conduct process on campus, particularly regarding residence hall students
• Connect you with the Residence Hall Association (RHA) Executive Board

Jennifer (she/her/hers) loves working in the university setting and getting to watch students grow during their time here. In her role, Jennifer works to make sure all students living in Housing find the support they need on campus, especially when it comes to their academics.

Nicolas started working at University of Idaho in 2019. He has earned his bachelor's in Visual Communication Design and Outdoor Recreation at University of Idaho.

Alex has a background in mental health work and is passionate about supporting students. She received her MSW from Columbia University in 2021.

Alex can help you with:

• Discuss Residence Hall Policies and how they relate to the Code of Conduct
• Provide assistance with ongoing cases and investigations
• Support students living in the Residence Halls involved in the conduct process

Claire (she/they) joined University of Idaho in 2023. Originally from California, Claire has a bachelor's in genetics and genomics and a lengthy background in student housing. Working in residence life has been her passion for five years, and she is so excited to continue that journey here as a Vandal.

Emma graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Communication at University of Idaho. During her time at U of I, she was a Community Council Member, a Resident Assistant and a Peer Advisor. She furthered her professional development by serving as the Administrative Coordinator for the University Honors Program; now returning to her roots within Housing and Residence Life.

Katy is an Idaho native who is the Resident Director for the Wallace Westside and McConnell Hall. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Educational Studies from Boise State University and became passionate about working in higher education after being a tutor during undergrad.

Kimmy joined University of Idaho in 2023. She earned her bachelor's degree in human services from Moody Bible Institute in 2020 and has a background working with underprivileged populations. Kimmy is passionate about student and community development and hopes to support student staff in their roles on campus.

Amanda came to University of Idaho in 2017 and serves as the Resident Services Manager for Housing and Residence Life. Amanda received her bachelor's in Computer Science at Concordia University Wisconsin in 2007.

• Address technical issues relating to resident mail and resident building access

Daniel is a proud Vandal alum having graduated in 2014 with a degree in Management and Human Resources. Daniel has worked in Housing and Residence Life for over 10 years serving in various capacities ranging from Residence Life to Housing Operations. Daniel currently serves as the Housing Systems Manager ensuring that the housing portal remains up to date and all housing application processes are easy to navigate.

Emmerson joined University of Idaho in 2022. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Wyoming.

Diamond began working at University of Idaho in 2024.

Todd began working at University of Idaho for Facilities-Building Services in the Spring of 2017 before moving to Housing and Residence Life in Fall 2018. He has been in his current role of Security Systems Coordinator since 2020.
