Special Course and Lab Fees

Special Course and Lab Fee requests for Summer 2024 and the 2024-25 Academic Year are due by October 9, 2023 in CIM if a change/update to the course is submitted in addition to the fee.

If the request is only for an add/change or discontinue of a fee, the deadline is December 1, 2023 to be submitted into CIM.

To request a fee, make a change to a fee or discontinue a fee, click on the link below where you will be directed to CIM (Courseleaf). If this is a new fee, add in the information into the Special Course/Lab Fee fields for new course information. If this is a change or discontinue, process as an Edit Course.

Submitting the information into CIM does not guarantee approval of the request. The request will be reviewed by the committee in mid-January 2024 and the approval will be in CIM. Notification of approvals will be sent.
