Civil Rights & Investigations

The Office of Civil Rights & Investigations focuses on practices that make all members of the University of Idaho community feel welcome, wanted, accepted, respected and supported.

Equity & Diversity

The Office of Equity and Diversity engages in social justice advocacy through policy implementation, programs and services that promote access and inclusion for cultural and diverse populations.

Finance & Administration

The Division of Finance and Administration provides quality financial, business, academic and administrative support systems, guidance and services that meet requirements and exceed our customers' expectations; obligates resources toward the university’s strategic priorities in a timely, proper, thrifty, open and articulated manner; and recruits, retains, mentors and transitions a professional workforce.

General Counsel

The Office of General Counsel represents the University of Idaho in all legal matters arising from university business. The office supports all of the activities of the university through analysis and opinions related to the legal and policy issues inherent in teaching, research, outreach and related services.

Office of Information Technology

The Office of Information Technology (OIT) is the central provider of technology services for the University of Idaho partnering with students, faculty, staff and retirees in education centers, academic departments and units across the state of Idaho to support U of I's teaching, learning and research communities.

Internal Audit

Internal Audit Services provides independent and objective auditing and consultation services designed to add value and improve the university’s operations, and to help the university accomplish its objectives by evaluating the effectiveness of risk management, internal control and governance processes.

McClure Center for Public Policy Research

The McClure Center for Public Policy Research conducts nonpartisan public policy research, informs public policy dialogue, and engages U of I students in learning about public policy making. Current focus areas include education, natural resources, and agriculture.

Ombuds

The mission of the Ombuds office is to promote and support a positive and productive working, learning and living environment for the entire Vandal community by improving communication, addressing problems, and preventing and resolving conflicts that emerge within the university.

Provost & Executive Vice President

The Provost and Executive Vice President is the chief academic officer for the University of Idaho and serves as the chief executive in the absence of the President.

Research & Economic Development

The University of Idaho Office of Research and Economic Development enables, supports, performs and promotes research and scholarly and creative activities that address the needs and expectations of the state, region and world.

Sustainability

The Office of Sustainability is responsible for the development and implementation of initiatives that promote sustainable operations and engagement opportunities for the University of Idaho. The Office of Sustainability coordinates with students, staff and faculty to create sustainable policies, practices and programs that align with the university's values and goals in addition to partnering with Idaho's industry leaders on synergistic initiatives.

Tribal Relations

The Office of Tribal Relations fosters respectful and mutually productive relationships between Northwest Tribes, the University, the community and key stakeholders through culturally appropriate research, outreach and programming.

University Advancement

University Advancement is committed to the growth and prosperity of the university and its programs, scholarships, facilities, academic quality, research capacity and outreach.

University Communications & Marketing

University Communications and Marketing is responsible for communicating information about the university and its faculty, staff and students to external and internal audiences.

University Signature Events creates meaningful experiences with University stakeholders on behalf of the Office of the President, University Advancement and university departments.
