  • What information do I need to log in?

    Use your University username and password to log in; usually the same username/password you use to access your email.

  • How do I access online courses?

    After logging in, click on the “My Online” tab to access a list of all of your assigned online courses, and then click on the title of any course to launch it.

  • How do I find out what classroom courses are currently scheduled?

    The classroom-based class schedule may be found inside any learning center.  Click on any of the learning centers on the home page (i.e., EHS, Professional Development, etc.).  Scroll to the bottom of the following page and the schedule will be in the center of the page, between the two blue columns.

  • How do I request that a classroom-based course be scheduled?

    Within the learning center, click on the title of the classroom-based course in which you are interested.  A description will come up in the center of the page, and there will be a link that says “Click here to request a class be scheduled for this course.”  Click this link to notify the instructor of your interest.

  • How do I register for or drop a classroom-based class?

    In the classroom-based class schedule (see above), click on the title of the class in which you wish to register.  Scroll up and above the information about the class there will be an enroll button.  Click the button to register for the class.  If you later need to drop, follow these same steps and you will get a drop button instead of an enroll button.

     
  • How do I register my employees in a classroom-based class?

    To register employees, supervisors and gatekeepers may use the “Class Enrollment” function under “Instructor Functions” on their Admin page.  See pages 29-31 of the User Manual, found within NetLearning@uidaho, for more information.

     
  • How do I print my certificate?
    Under the "Student Center" tab, the last option in "Print Course Certificates."
  • How do I print a certificate for an employee?

    Supervisors and gatekeepers can print certificates for their employees using the “Print Group Certificates” option on their Admin page.  See page 12 of the User Manual, found within NetLearning@uidaho, for more information.

  • How do I find out if my employees have completed a certain course?

    Supervisors and gatekeepers can use the transcript report options on their Admin page to view employee progress.  The hierarchy version will allow you to view all of your employees at one time.

  • What do I do if my employee does not appear in my list?

    If you have a new employee that has not been added, or an employee that has left but is still in your list, please contact your gatekeeper.

  • How do I register a new employee?

    Gatekeepers may use “Assign Users to Hierarchy.”  See page 15 in the User Manual, found within NetLearning@uidaho, for more information.

  • How do I move an employee to another folder?
    Gatekeepers may use “Assign Users to Hierarchy.”  See page 15 in the User Manual, found within NetLearning@uidaho, for more information.
  • How do I remove an employee from my folder?

    In the “Edit User” function, gatekeepers may uncheck the “Active” box and then click “Submit.”  See page 18 of the User Manual, found within NetLearning@uidaho, for more information.
