Whole Grain Artisan Bread Class

Barbara Abo, University of Idaho Ada County Extension educator, will teach participants how to make whole grain breads from stored high-moisture dough. Students will learn new recipes and ideas for artisan bread and how to eat “half your grains whole.” The cost is $8. Participants must pre-register by calling (208) 287-5900. The program will be held at 7 p.m. at the University of Idaho Ada County Extension Office at 5880 Glenwood St. in Boise.
