U of I Holding Open Theatre Auditions for Spring Season

MOSCOW, Idaho — Dec. 29 —The deadline for video auditions for the University of Idaho’s 2021 spring theatre season is 5 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 6. Auditions are open to anyone with an interest in live theatre, including members of the Palouse community.
U of I’s Department of Theatre Arts will livestream four productions including:
- a staged reading of the drama “Her Sister” by Kendra Phillips;
- a quirky comedy called “The Haven” by Ian Paul Messersmith;
- the upbeat 2018 Pulitzer Prize finalist “Everybody” by Branden Jacobs-Jenkins; and
- the riveting drama “Gross Indecency - The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde” by Moises Kaufman.
Those auditioning should prepare a one-minute contemporary monologue via videotape, fill out an audition card at uitheatre.com/ and submit both to airtable.com/shrKJ69tOci3koOZq no later than 5 p.m. Jan. 6
